Teacup, a leading IT Consulting Services company, is looking for exceptional Intelligent Automation Team Project Managers for establishing Automation Center of Excellence (COE) in RPA. In this role, you will actively partner with Automation leadership, business stakeholders, operational excellence teams, subject matter experts, application delivery teams as well as your development teams on initiatives that support strategic goals centered on using intelligent automation tools (RPA, RDA, AI, ML, Chabots etc) to help improve operational efficiency, enhance capacity utilization. As an intelligent automation leader, you will help deliver technology solutions on an enterprise-wide scale that drive significant business value. You will work in an agile environment delivering user-oriented solutions utilizing cutting edge technologies.

Previous experience setting up COE is highly desired.

Lead high performing teams

Hire and retain strong intelligent automation talent

Inspire engineering teams to take risks and manage them

Drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability

Understanding business products and defining high level needs

Partner with the business on driving strategy and delivering on their product roadmap, provide technical leadership

Provide your team with insight into the product roadmap and articulate technical direction and considerations partnering with solution architects

Encourage your team to start with the end in mind

Obsess with optimizing the product to achieve business goals while maximizing return on investment and business value

Intelligent automation capabilities and architecture

Developing rock solid, scalable intelligent automation solutions

Drive opportunities to revolutionize workflow and business processes with robotics, machine learning, and AI

Establish Automation Center of Excellence (COE)

· Scrum: 5-10 years (Required)

· Project Management: 5-10 years (Required)

· Collaborate with developers / other project managers to ensure successful delivery for our clients.

· Participate in all phases of the SDLC: from requirements analysis through design, implementation, debugging, and testing.

· Client relationship management

· Project reporting and summaries for management

· Experience with managing web and/or mobile projects. Automation Projects using an Agile methodology such as Scrum or XP

· PMI certification or formal training / education in PM topics (risk assessment, project monitoring & control, CMMI or ITIL)

· VERY strong written and verbal communication skills

· Experience eliciting and documenting system requirements and test plans

· Experience with Microsoft Project or other project management software

· A healthy sense of humor

· Plenty of attention to detail
